Kader
BELHADDAD Ph.D.
Chief Executive Officer
Kader Belhaddad was appointed Chief Executive Officer at iRoC
Technologies in November 2008.
Kader brings 25 years of experience in research and engineering as well
as in management operations.
Prior to iRoC, he was the founder of Integrated Systems Engineering
France in 1996, and joined two years later the headquarters (ISE AG
Switzerland), where he served as General Manager.There he managed all
the operations
for TCAD
software development and support for semiconductor processes and
devices simulation both for foundries and fabless companies worldwide.
ISE was later acquired by Synopsys (SNPS).
Kader started his carrier in 1984 at CNET( National Center for
Telecommunications research, France) where he contributed to an
exhaustive work on device characterization and optimization of CMOS
process. In 1991, he joined ANACAD Electrical Engineering Software
(France) where he served in various technical and managerial positions.
In 1994, Kader founded SILVACO Data Systems France , specialized in
Technology CAD.
Kader holds a Ph.D in microelectronics engineering from Ecole Centrale
de Lyon (France) .
Kader is passionate about music and movie.

Olivier LAUZERAL
VP Marketing and Sales
After the successfull launch of the Testing service activities,
Olivier was appointed VP Marketing and Sales of iRoC
Technologies.He is also the General Manager of our US subsidiary, iRoC
Technologies Corp.
Since he joined iRoC in 2001, Olivier has developed
strong relationships with strategic and global accounts in North
America and Asia and today these markets are generating the largest
share of the company revenue.
As VP of Marketing and Sales, Olivier is now focusing on developing the
business for the company’s design platform, an innovative service for
fabless, design houses and foundries.
Prior to joining iRoC, Olivier worked for 10 years at Alcatel Space
Industries in Toulouse, France, starting as design engineer on
telecommunications and scientific satellite payloads, and later being
project manager on several international programs, including XM Radio
with Boeing Space and Co.
Olivier holds a B.S. in Mechanical
Engineering from ECAM in Lyon,France, a M.S. in Satellite Communication
from
Telecom Paris, and an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA.
Olivier is an avid competitive sailor.

VP Engineering
Dan combines strong operational and project management skills with
extended expertise in ASIC development and verification as well as
FPGA prototyping.
In his position as VP Engineering, Dan aligns the engineering technical
solutions in our offer with deep understanding of market needs gained
through constant interactions with Marketing and Sales,
He is a recognized expert in the study of radiation effects on
Integrated circuit and in the radiation testing process and is the
author of many publications in this field.
As a project leader, Dan also manages iRoC's involvement in large
European Research
and Development projects
Dan holds a Ph.D in Microelectronics from INPG France.
Dan is an avid bicyclist with a passion for vintage and fixed gear
bikes.

Cyrille BELTRANDO
VP Operations
Cyrille has 10 years of experience in SER testing, cumulating hundreds
of various tested devices.The Soft Error Rate testing is a very
challenging business operation in terms
of planning, team and costs management. Cyrille's strong sense of
business optimization, from designing test strategy to execution
and analysis allows iRoC to offer a flexible and highly performant
Accelerated Test Service to our customers.
Over the years, Cyrille has built trust and confidence with a wide
network of international neutron testing facilities and with many
recurring
customers,
establishing iRoC leadership in the field of SER testing.
Cyrille holds a MS EE with honors in transmission systems and Networks
from ENSERG (France).
Cyrille is a Gourmet and a Chef.
SCIENTIFIC ADVISORS

Michael NICOLAIDIS Ph.D.
Michael Nicolaidis is a co-founder of iRoC Technologies, driving the
basic research from
which iRoC’s product offering is derived. Prior to helping found
iRoC Technologies, Michael was the Research Director for the Reliable
Integrated Systems Group at France’s renowned TIMA Laboratories.
Dr. Nicolaidis has been awarded 14 patents, has published over 140
papers, and is a Golden Core Member of IEEE. He holds a B.S. and a
Masters in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnique School of
Thessaloniki, and a Doctorate in Computer Science from the
Politechnique Institute of Grenoble.
